About the Artist

Erin Haight is a Saskatoon based visual artist and arts educator. She studied at the University of Saskatchewan where she graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree in 2004. As a painter and teacher of Visual Arts she enjoys exploring a range of subjects, mediums and styles in her work.

Haight’s art explores the Canadian and, more specifically, Saskatchewan landscape. Her work seeks to capture the dramatic and serene in the vast and varied skies, forests, mountains and waters that make up our land and identity.

Haight's art has been exhibited in solo and group shows in Saskatoon and throughout Saskatchewan. She is a member of CARFAC and a member of the Weekend Painters group.
